Cooking and food is a big passion for me, I enjoy traveling and exploring the world of food and everything that goes along with culinary flare. Duplicate That phrase actually created while discuss my future and passion with several friends. One night we while we were in a restaurant having drinks and enjoying a new venue, I asked everyone before our food came what they would most like to see me specialize in cooking. So when the waiter served our main entrée to my friends, they quickly tasted their food and then looked at me and said wow Duplicate That!

The light bulb went off in my head, Rachel Ray has her 30 minute meals, Sandra Lee has her meals on a budget, Bobby Flay is all about grilling and the southwest, why not make Duplicate That all about me.

My ideal job would be traveling the country and the world trying new food, whether it is in a restaurant or at grandma's house. Then I would recreate the dish with my own spin, telling people how to do it and what the back story is. I want to use this web site as a launch pad. Using Duplicate that as my way of getting my message out there and becoming known. I want to share these experiences; I want a place where people can come to for original recipes, cooking tips, links to other great places and people who share the same passion for cooking and the culinary world as I do.
